Some bumps... but small bumps along the way...

We went to the Cardiologist today at Primarys. Drew has a hole in his heart... called VSD...they also found that he has PPS where his aerotic arteries (tubes) are too narrow therefore restriciting the proper bloodflow to the heart. Which explain why his little lips turns blue sometimes and why he hold his breath so often. We are hopeful with a little more maturing over the next few weeks... we should see some improvement in these things. We hope that the hole will close on its own... We are hoping that those little valves widen so that he has proper bloodflow. We are just a bunch of hopefuls til his next appt. VSD and PPS are pretty common they say... so again, hopeful...

Three Weeks!

Drew had his two week appt this last week. He is surprisingly average for everything... I thought he would be off the charts for his stats!!!!! He is still on the bigger side for weight! 9 lbs 7 oz.... who knew that this little one would grow like a weed!!!! He continues to bless our lives with smiles and those ocassional "coo"s that you just melt when you hear! Life is adjusting quite nicely. The nights are becoming more bearable and the sleepy, under eye circles are slowly fading away.

The Snow is here... I repeat the Snow is here!

Get out your coats and gloves... don't forget your boots and the moving truck!! what? yes that is right the moving truck. It is certainly a blizzard today in the good SL to the C... but that isn't going to stop this family from moving into our house!!!!! Good thing we pretty much moved every little box we had this last past week... I was sure to go into labor... but by golly... I told the little guy he needs to stay in for atleast 4 more weeks! There is still alot of cleaning to do... and alot of putting things away... I will be glad to finally be off MT EVEREST HILL... and onto level ground in the valley! That is what we have been up to the last month or so just in case any of you were wondering... Happy Halloween and sorry for the lack of pictures...

Vacation...

We went and visited my sister and her family. We had a chance to go boating... rain or shine... mostly rain... but that didn't put a damper on our spirits... and a visit to Bear World. You have to experience Bear World if you haven't been before. You are terribly close to these little creatures and the kids love it!!!! Not to mention we were able to hug and cuddle with a goat and bambi and many more animals!!!!

(Here are just a few pictures of our fun adventures!!)
These Cubs were about 4 months old... so cute and cuddly.

Just Keep Swimming!

Sam loves to dive for torpedos!!!!
He and his dad made up a game.

lounging in the hot tub to get warm
before we pack up and head out!
Morganne's first time trying to get the torpedo
she got it!
they love to jump and splash!

morganne floating upside down!

We love to swim at Grandma Great's. It never dissapoints!

Dog Lake (Mud Pond)

for the 24th we headed up the canyon to Dog Lake. I was not aware that this
so called lake was so far... and so ugly!!!!!!
The kids did alright the 3 miles up... although sam got a little restless.
he walked the whole way... while morgie had help in the kid carrier with
dad.
i had never been up there... so did not know what to expect.
We get up there... and I see this... not amused... not at all!
5 months pregnant... 6 mile hike... I wanted to see something
amazing... oh well... the kids had a lot of fun in the leech infested
pond... and the dog had a lot of fun too!!!!
